Accepted trees will pay an entry fee of $35. This is to help cover costs of the venue and materials for the show.

Trees will be displayed on 6 or 8 ft tables in a formal setting with stands and accents. The arrangement is to the discretion of the exhibitor and display photos are not required for entry.
To submit please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
1. Entrant full name
2. Species of tree
3. Height of the tree from pot rim
4. Width of Canopy
5. Photo of front of tree (ideally in front of a clean backdrop, this helps the jurors!)
6. Photo underneath the canopy, pointing up into the tree (this allows the jurors to see the branch structure)
